We kinda love/hate carving pumpkins. It's messy and tricky and it takes too long. But the Jack-o-lanterns are awesome and we usually roast the seeds. Jared always eats so many that he get's sick.
Yes, we cheat.
I'm so bummed we didn't get any pictures of our final product this year. By the time we finished, we were pretty hammered and just wanted to clean up!
