It's about time! 18 months never felt so long. On Jan12, Jared's mom and dad returned home from their mission to Norway. They were very tired, a little beat up, and sooo happy to see their grandkids!
As you can see, the grandkids were just as happy to see them.
Jared and Matt. Who's Matt you ask? My guess a soon to be Brother in law. =)
Their flight arrived late after most of our bed time. But the kids didn't seem to mind...
Well, all but this one.
Each of the kids made their own sign to welcome the missionaries
Conrad was only a month old when they left for Norway. He's was happy to see them too...
but not enough to let them hold him (he finally warmed up to them after a few days).
Norm talking to the "Southern" Springers who made the trip the next morning (Casey-Tish-Row, and Drew). The Bowcutt's flight arrived shortly after but were the first to greet Elder and Sister Springer at their Dallas layover.
We loved bragging about our missionaries the past year and a half... but we love bragging about our returned missionaries even more! Welcome, Velkommen, Bienvenidos... whatever. We're just glad you're back.
