Leila went to her Friend, Chole's Birthday party a few months ago and saw a girl wearing "Hello Kitty" earrings. Since then, she hasn't stopped talking about wanting her ears pierced so she can get Hello Kitty earrings. I told her maybe she could get them for her Birthday. She agreed and that's all she's been talking about. The Saturday before her Birthday came around and I asked her if she still wanted to get her ears pierced? She said YES!! I told her that it would hurt a little but the pain would go away. She was ok with that. So her Birthday week began by taking her to get her ears pierced.

Getting ready!!! The lady gave her a sucker, she was pretty happy about that. She got to pick her earrings. We had to get her 2 earrings: flowers and Hello Kitties.

All better!! Now she is exited about her earrings again.

We had so much fun. I always wanted to get her ears pierced but I'm glad it was her decision. She was so excited. I loved seeing her pick her earrings. It was a fun Birthday gift.
