Life has been crazy since I've had Conrad. I look at mothers in a whole different way now. Who knew how much our moms did for us? I feel so lucky to have my mom and my mother-in-law in my life. They both have 6 kids and my mom had 2 of them with CP. How in the world did they ever do it? How did my mom have 6 kids and have to take care of 2 of them who were so dependent of her to do everything for them? Wow life is a little different for me now. I see things in a whole different light. I love being a mom. I'm not perfect at it but that's the great thing about motherhood, you learn as you go. One thing I've learned since I've become a mother is that doing all these fun activities and crafts and all that other stuff does not make you a good mom. The love for your child and the sacrifices you make for them does. Motherhood lets you see a little bit of how Heavenly Father feels about us. I'm so blessed to have Leila and Conrad in my life. They are my everything and I don't know what my life would be without them. I love this message from Elder Jeffrey R. Holland, it's perfect. Take some time to watch it, you'll be glad you did.

Well said! I completely agree. It's hard enough with 2, I can't imagine having 6! My mom had 4 under the age of 3!
